How can I turn on the Bluetooth on my MSI Wind U100+ Notebook?

I recently had this MSI Wind notebook and I don't know how to turn on its bluetooth. I really want to use that feature. Can anyone please help me?

1. there should be an on/off bottom on you computer, if you don't see it it means that your computer wasn't manufactured with bluetooth, in another words you don't have the hard-ware. some times when you see the bluetooth programs in you computer doesn't means that it's bluetooth capable.
