What amp should I buy for 2 Rockford Fosgate 2 ohm P3 12s?

I am planning on putting them in a ported box and I am wondering what would be a good amp to hook them up with. Or if it would be better for me to get 4 ohm subs instead but i am planning on getting a mono amp and running it at 2 ohms And if anybody had any links for cheap and reliable places that would be greatly appreciated Scratch running it on 2 ohms
