How do i start my webcam on my msi laptop?

I don't know much about my laptop, my dad bought it for me. I do know that theres a touch pad above the keyboard with a turbo option and other things. Theres a webcam button on there too, but when i touch it, an icon will come up on my screen, then go away. Why doesn't it turn on? There's a sticker on it that says its a 6X730 so i'm guessing thats what verison it is.

1. It would help some if you tell us name and model of your laptop since they have differrnt ways of starting the web camers. But look in all programs for a Web Camera Center or something like that in the mean time.
2. I don't know about that, since my laptop doesn't have a webcam button but I download YahooMessenger messenger.yahoo.com and you can chat and show your webcam to friends at the same time. Just go to the top when you are chatting with someone click view then click invite to see webcam or ask to see another person's webcam. :)
