if i have windows vista downloaded on my HarDrive can i buy a new motherboard i have windows vista basic 32 bit on my computer i have the disk and everything ,just wqnted to know if it was possible

2. Yeah you will have to reactivate your copy of windows, so if you by downloaded you mean a pirated copy you will probably have to reinstall.
