Will I be able to transfer itunes-purchased songs on to the new samsung P3?

I've always been an ipod user and have used itunes to purchase almost all my music for the past four or five years. I'm in the market for a new mp3 player but am not thrilled with the latest ipods--and have read great things about the new samsung P3. Will I be able to get the songs I purchased on itunes onto this player or are they protected, etc?

1. no its illegal cuz its like if u buy the music once use it put it on another ipod its like stealing but u can but if they catch u all ur stuff is gone nd ur accounnt will be locked
