trend micro says i have a threat named cryp mangled and the infected file name is digital media reader.msi?
What do I do? Trend Micro can't fix the problem. If I delete it, would that screw up my computer? Do any of you have the same problem? I have windows vista home premium also.

- if the file belongs to windows32 ...you know the system. you have to delete it .... but like this . reboot your computer in safe mode F8 and delete the file with no problems and then you reboot with your windows cd in side the drive, and in safe mode ask to repair the pc and he put the files back. then reboot in normal way and clean Your pc and use the comodo pro firewall as a resident shield like the anti virus. if is not system file just delete.
