Does the intel pentium processor include a fan ?

I bought the intel dual core processor E5300 2.6ghz. Do I need to buy a fan and thermal paste? or is there a thermal pad applied? is there a fan included? a mean thermal cooler heres where I bought it http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=35502&vpn=BX80571E5300&manufacture=Intel

You can get them either way in a box by itself (you supply the fan, heatsink, etc) or as a kit (all included) for more money if you bought it online you won't know until you open the box it got shipped in if you bought it at a retail store you would be able to see the box with everything included is a lot bigger than the box with the processor chipset alone ►RfD◄ Cheers
