How can i get the most power out of my rockford Fosgate P3's?

I have a sony 1200w 2 channel amp and 2 12" Rockford Fosgate P3's 4 Ohm. I have them ran in stero right now and im only getting about 200w of RMS power to each sub. I was just wondering if there was any way to get any more power from this amp.?

1. Bridge the subs and also subs are better set in mono not sterio if you have that option. You should have the manual and that should show you the wiring diagram to bridge the subs. I dont like sony amps anyway but I hope that I have helped you.
