can u make a 233mhz intel inside pentium 2 with 192 of ram go as fast as a pentium4 ?

So I was woundering if it is possible for me to upgrade my computer. I have a compaq deskpro intel inside pentium 2 233mhz processor with 192 mb of ram and a 20gb hard drive. Can I make it goes as fast as a comp with a pentium 4?

1. The answer is no. There is no way with that small of a processor that you could get the same performance. Even if you got a big graphics card and maxed the system out on RAM.
2. not really and i doubt you will overcolock it
3. The only way to get them to go that fast is if you are talking about air speed. In fact the air speed falling off of a 100 story building can be the same. Otherwise NO.
