Where can I buy a computer with a processor of 2.5GHz Intel® Pentium® 4 or equivalent?

Where can I buy a computer with a processor of at least 2.5GHz Intel® Pentium® 4 or equivalent? I don't really need much more than 2.5GHz but if anyone can find one with a good price can you please tell me? ive never heard of any of these sites, how can i be sure they are trustworthy?

1. www.tigerdirect.com is pretty good, read the fine print, some systems dont come with windows os installed. Newegg is better all around but they do not offer built computers.
