Pentium 3s

As a recruter who can breakdown a good P3 face to face prospect interview?

I am a new recruiter and just trying to see what is a good opening line, P3 interview, and Places to go prospect within the Community. I have found Bowling Alleys, DMV's, Wal-Mart, and ofcourse the schools to prospect. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A GOOD WEBSITE TO FIND LOCAL RECRUITS WANTING TO JOIN THE ARMY?

  1. I am no recruiter but if you went to a mall I'm sure someone there may just find a question or two to ask.
  2. Stay in your office. People know where to find you. Leave the kids alone............... Oh and stay out of the schools- that's where kids go to LEARN not to be sold some line about the military.
  3. Kids are known to take advantage of new recruiters. Example, if you take me out to lunch; I will talk to you. You will spend a lot of your own money, and in the end, end up being used.
  4. Anywhere where a 18-21 year old will hang out in your recruiting area, because if you go to another area most likely the person will go to the one nearest them. Don't go anywhere where you expect 18-21 year old would have moderate or rich parents, because most have good jobs or can go to college. This is why the mall is a bad idea. Know this from a recruiter. "Kids are known to take advantage of new recruiters. Example, if you take me out to lunch; I will talk to you. You will spend a lot of your own money, and in the end, end up being used." Who ever told you this is a liar, because they just get to write it off as a recruiting cost. I've known more recruiters take advantage of this by writing their own meals off that the military pays for the recruit prospect and the recruiters meal.
