My HP Pavilion dv2415nr (dv2400 series) will not boot up after I power-on and just freezes without beeping or even letting me enter BIOS. This happens 90% of the time I powerup, the other 10% of the time it powers-up and boots perfectly and there seems to be no trouble with the HD or any other parts or the software.
